Food in Medellín

The gastronomy of Antioquia and Medellín expresses the way of life of the farmers and muleteers who worked all day and prepared their food during the day. Buñuelos

Mondongo

This soup is made of tripe, pork and chicken. Add cassava and cilantro.

Sancocho

Climate in Medellín
